I recently had the pleasure of working with the wonderful artist Marta Ferracin for her work ‘in bocca al lupo (Into the wolf’s mouth)’. This work was a 3-channel video installation with 3 projectors, 2 pocket projectors, sound, speakers and copper vessel, on a 05:59 minutes loop. I did a vocal layering soundtrack called ‘into the wolf’s mouth (reprised)’. Had a wonderful show at Scala theatre in Nykarleby on the 23rd September, as part of the Nykarleby Recall exhibition- ‘Coming Back’. Here is my first film project made in Paris- based around songs I wrote exploring some of this cities darker history. I did the whole thing on an old stills camera that has a 30 second film function, and iMovie…fiddly! It’s my very first go with film- rough, warts and all.
